This Privacy Policy explains how HealthDeliver (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit this website, weight-loss.healthdeliverclinic.asia, and when you contact us from it. We follow Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (“PDPA”).

1. Who we are

HealthDeliver operates clinics in Asoke, Sathorn and Phrom Phong, Bangkok. HealthDeliver is the data controller for the information described in this policy. Our contact details are at the end of this page.

2. Information we collect

When you browse this page. We do not ask you to fill in a form on this page. Using cookies and similar technologies, we and our advertising and analytics partners collect technical information such as your device and browser type, approximate location (city or country), the pages you view and the buttons you click, and how you arrived at the page (for example a Google search or an ad). When you contact or book with us. If you message us on WhatsApp or LINE, call us, or book through our booking page, we receive the details you choose to give us, such as your name, phone number, the message you send, and your appointment details. Messages started from this page may include a short reference code (for example “WL-GA-7K2P”) that tells us which channel you came from. It contains no personal or health information.

When you become a patient. Health information you share during an in-clinic visit is collected only at the clinic, and is protected under the clinic’s patient privacy practices and the PDPA.

3. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiries and arrange appointments.
• To provide our in-clinic services if you visit us.
• To understand how visitors use this page and improve it.
• To measure how well our advertising works, and to show HealthDeliver ads to people who have visited our website.

We use browsing information on the basis of our legitimate interests in running and improving our website and advertising, or your consent where the law requires it. We use contact and appointment details to respond to your request and to provide our services.

4. Who we share information with

• Service providers that help us run our website and communications: Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager, Fonts, YouTube), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), WhatsApp, LINE, our chat management platform (Respond.io) and our booking system (SimplyBook.me). They process information on our behalf or under their own privacy policies.
• Other healthcare providers and insurance companies, only where needed to provide our services or to use your health benefits, as described in the clinic’s patient privacy practices.

We do not sell your personal information. Some of these providers are located outside Thailand, for example in the United States. Where information is transferred abroad, we rely on the safeguards the PDPA requires.

5. How long we keep information

Cookies are kept for the periods listed in our Cookie Policy. Enquiry and appointment information is kept for as long as needed to respond to you and provide our services, and clinic records are kept for the periods required by Thai law.

6. How we protect information

We use physical, technical and administrative measures to protect personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, including encryption, access controls and secure storage.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPA you have the right to:

• access and request a copy of your personal information;
• ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
• ask us to delete, destroy or anonymise your information, or to restrict its use;
• object to our use of your information, including for advertising;
• withdraw consent you have given at any time;
• receive your information in a commonly used format, or have it sent to another organisation; and
• complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand.

8. Children

This page is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 20 without the consent of a parent or guardian.
